Love has a way of bringing people together in the most beautiful and unexpected ways. For Brian and Tawney, their love story led them to not one, but two wedding ceremonies. After saying their vows on the beach, they returned to Grove City to celebrate again, this time surrounded by more friends and family.
I’ve had the pleasure of working with Tawney for many years, and one thing I’ve always admired about her is her impeccable sense of style. She always knows how to coordinate everyone’s outfits perfectly, and this day was no exception. Everyone looked so great!
This session wasn’t just about Brian and Tawney, though. It was also a celebration of their parents’ 50th anniversary, making our time together even more meaningful. As we moved through the session, I couldn’t help but find moments between both couples. The way Brian and Tawney looked at each other, and the way their parents held hands and shared quiet smiles in the background, were reminders of the enduring power of love.
The hour flew by as we captured a mix of posed family portraits and their couples portraits. The campus, with Rainbow Bridge, the big willow tree lush greenery around the gazebo, provided the perfect backdrop for these cherished memories. When we reviewed the images, Brian and Tawney were thrilled! They couldn't believe they loved every image. There was lots of talk about them looking like they belonged on the cover of a magazine. It was clear that these photos would become treasured keepsakes for years to come.
As I look back on this session, I’m reminded of the importance of capturing these fleeting moments. Whether it’s the joy of a newlywed couple or the quiet celebration of 50 years together, these memories deserve to be seen, held, and cherished. So, always get the photos, and see your love forever.
